SUBSCRIPTION PROCESS, RENEWAL AND CANCELLATION

We currently only ship to registered addresses in Singapore. If you purchase a subscription to YY Period Care Routine through our Site, you will receive a shipment containing a 21-day supply of herbal tea bags every twenty-eight (28) days. Our subscription period is twenty-eight (28) days so we can ensure that your YY wellness teas reach you on time, every time. Your subscription will continue, and you will be billed every twenty-eight (28) days until you choose to cancel. However, please note that all fees for the Services are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will be effective immediately the up coming month. There is no subscription fee associated with your subscription. You will only be charged for the cost of the product and the cost of shipping and handling, which has been factored into the subscription cost. After your initial 28-day subscription period, your subscription will automatically re-commence on the first day following the end of such period (the "Renewal Commencement Date") and continue for an additional 28-day period, at the current price listed for such subscription. You agree that your account will be subject to this automatic renewal feature unless you cancel your subscription at any time prior to the Renewal Commencement Date by sending a cancellation email to help@yingyiwellness.com with your order confirmation ID, your name and a note indicating that you wish to cancel your subscription. Your cancellation will be deemed effective and operative only when you receive a confirmation notice of the cancellation from us.By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment provider at the time of purchase, and again on any subsequent Renewal Commencement Date. You will receive an email reminder prior to each Renewal Commencement Date, before your payment provider is charged for each subscription period.

BILLING AND PAYMENTS

Our online stores use a third-party service provider, Stripe, for all payment services. By making a purchase from our Site or by engaging our Service, you hereby consent to provide and authorize Stripe to use any information and payment instructions you provide to the extent required to complete payment transactions in accordance with this Agreement, including personal, financial, credit card payment, and transactional information. 

You may choose to make payment either via Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. You may be charged local tax, if applicable. If your payment method is declined, we will attempt to process your charge until the transaction is approved. If we are unable to complete the transaction, we may contact you directly to update your account information. We are not responsible for any fees or charges that your bank or credit card issuer may apply.

The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the courier. If you would like to receive a refund for any reason, please contact us at help@yingyiwellness.com. Refunds may be issued by us only at our sole discretion.
